Joy Milligan
Director and Advanced Instructor
Joy started Coffee Creek with her mother, Lucille Fancey, in 1977. She grew up with horses and riding hunter jumpers. Prior to Coffee Creek she taught at Rose State in the radiologic technology field. Combining her knowledge of horses and her time at Rose State, has aided in her ability to help a wide range of students.
Linda Cloud
Assistant Director and Instructor
Linda grew up owning and loving horses. She married and started a family with two beautiful girls. Her oldest daughter received therapies at Coffee Creek and Linda started volunteering with her class. She then began volunteering in additional classes and it led to her becoming a certified instructor in July of 2002.
Caylie Admire
Part-Time Instructor
Caylie has been riding horses since she was twelve. She has always had a love for horses and kids. She knew she wanted to be a teacher at a young age. She got her special education degree from UCO. Caylie obtained her instructor certification while in college. Upon graduating, she taught special education for seven years while returning as an instructor during the summers. Caylie now has two young kids and is a part-time instructor for the program.
